Prescribing Exercise to Treat Depression --- Dr. Trivedi and his colleges conducted an experiment on if exercising lightly or moderately helps patients retrieve remission sooner with prescribed medicines. The first group that exercised lightly walk for about 10mins a day or a cycling exercise equivalent to a cycling program. The second group walked brisk fully for about 30mins a day or again a choice of a cycling program that had the same intensity as walking for 30mins.
