Tickling Palates: Paneer Tawa Masala. I'm posting this to my vegan board because this gravy is so delicious. I'm going to spice and roast tofu instead of paneer. Honestly, I would eat a shoe if it was sitting in this gravy.

For when my caulis grow!: cauliflower popcorn (Break a head of cauliflower into popcorn-like, bite-size florets, then spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray the cauliflower lightly with butter-flavor cooking spray, then sprinkle lightly with turmeric, freshly ground pepper, and sea salt. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees F or until the cauliflower is slightly browned.) (1 cup = 29 cal., 5 g carb., 0 g fat, 2 g pro.)

Broccoli Cheese Bites.... No bad carbs yummy!!!

These are easy to make: Just mash potatoes plain with butter or you can add yummy ingredients like cooked bacon, cheese, parsley, green onion etc. Stuff in to a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees or until tops are crispy and golden. These are always a family fave in my house!!
