1/4cup flour,2tbsp.oil,4cups chick or vegy stock,1 frozen bowl broccoli,3cups shredded cheddar cheese,1 clove minced garlic, salt n pepper. heat oil in pan, stir in four. ad everything but cheese. put into a slow cooker for 6 hours.ad cheese melt, serve and enjoy.
Bacon Beer Cheese Soup. It is VERY SPICY if you use the suggested amount of spices. So unless you handle wicked hot, sweaty forehead spicy, you may want to cut it back a little. A really easy, delicious soup.
Copycat Panera Broccoli Cheddar Soup. I subbed cannellni beans for the flour. Not sure if it was that or somehow milk/cheese curdled (I left it on low after I mixed in the cheddar) but there were loads of white specks. Not delicious yet, try again later?
