Pineapple Chicken Stir-fry 1 bag of frozen of frozen stir-fry vegetables 1 can of pineapple drained ½ a bottle of Sweet and Sour sauce (or homemade sweet and sour sauce) 2 Chicken breasts Thaw in your refrigerator the night before cooking and throw the contents in the crock pot, 6 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Make rice before serving
Crock-Pot Honey Garlic Chicken Ingredients 2-4 Chicken Breasts 3 Garlic Cloves, smashed and chopped 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil ½ cup Soy Sauce ½ cup Ketchup ⅓ cup Honey 2 cups carrots (or choice of veggie) Instructions Place all ingredients in gallon size ziplock. Seal bag and place in freezer. Thaw overnight in fridge. Cook on high for 3-4 hours.
BBQ Chicken adapted from this recipe by Mama and Baby Love IN THE BAG- 2 cups sweet potatoes, 2 cups red and green bell pepper, 1 cup carrots, 2 cups onion, 3 cups zucchini, 2 T flour, 1.5 lbs chicken, 2 cloves garlic, 1 t salt TO COOK- Dump bag plus one bottle BBQ sauce into crock pot, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
