Asparagus Puff Pastry with Balsamic Reduction~T~ This is quick and easy. Puff pastry cut into 4 inch squares and topped with shredded Gruyere and Grated Parmesan then covered with asparagus spears. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake and then drizzle with the Balsamic reduction. Serve while hot. Makes a lovely presentation and yummy.
