She has a workout calendar for basic and beginner and also step by step directions on fitness routines. She even has uploaded educational videos on how to do each exercise! Amazing website!! Get fit!

Her work outs are seriously fatal. Never more than 20 minutes long.... Lots of success stories and very fast results though...might have to try it.

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine
