Healthy cauliflower/garlic/butter Alfredo sauce! 50 calories per serving. I stirred it with rice to make a creamy cheesy risotto and served sauteed veggies on top. Also tried using it as a pasta sauce with sauteed mushrooms and kale added. Awesome.
Protien pancakes - I (rebecca) made these this morning - so filling. You can make any amount by just using equal parts cottage cheese, egg whites, and oats (add some cinnamon then blend) i used 1/2 cup of each and it was enough for both my husband and i.
