The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. A remarkable story of science and a family's search for answers.

The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot. A remarkable story of science and a family's search for answers.

A wonderful piece of historical fiction by a first-time author. She writes through the eyes of two narrators, one a young Irish girl, an indentured servant, and the other, a young female slave, on a plantation in Virginia at the turn of the 18th century. I loved the book and it's characters that live on after the book is closed.
