    Honey Garlic Baked Pork Chops 4 1" thick boneless pork chops 3 tbs olive oil 1/4 cup honey 2 tbs lemon juice 1 tbs minced garlic 2 tsp soy saucePreheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops over medium high heat for 5 - 6 minutes per side. Place in a baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Brush on each side of pork chops. Pour remaining sauce over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Spoon sauce over pork chops to serve.
