Blueberry Fluff / in 9x13 casserole dish mix 2 c flour, 1 & 1\2 sticks butter, 1 c chopped nuts (.perfered pecans or walnuts. ) press into dish for crust and bake 15- 20 minutes on 400 degrees. Remove let cool. Meanwhile mix 8 oz cream cheese, 2 c confectionery sugar and 1 lg cool whip. Pour into cooled crust. Top with 1-2 can blueberry pie filling. Depending on how much you love blueberrys. Refrigerate to set. You can also use strawberry, cherry etc.
Very low carb treat! Just one 16oz container of heavy whipping cream and a small box of sugar free jello. Blend until it has a whipped/mouse consistency. I like the raspberry jello personally. But all would be good I think!
