Mash potatoes plain with butter or you can add yummy ingredients like cooked bacon, cheese, parsley, green onion etc. Stuff in to a greased muffin tin, run a fork along the top and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake at 375 degrees.
This would be a great healthy toddler snack. Blueberries covered in honey greek yogurt and frozen. Great healthy snack to have around when craving sweets. I am a huge fan of honey greek yogurt! These sound amazing.

grain-free-apple-pancake-rings - Have you seen Apple Pancake Rings before? They’re genius! Who wouldn’t love thinly sliced apples dipped in pancake batter and pan fried? Serve them up like pancakes, but with a kick. Any pancake batter will do the trick.

Bacon Cinnamon Rolls- Umm yes please! Everything is better with bacon! I suggest cooking the bacon beforehand to make it crispy, chop it up and then add it to the rolls. Uncooked whole pieces of bacon will leave you with soggy rolls and super soft bacon.
