Blend 1 package oreos until looks like dirt. Mix 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth. Blend 2 chocolate or vanilla pudding packets with 3 cups milk. Mix into cream cheese. Then fold in Cool Whip package. Layer oreos and pudding mixture. Decorate with worms. Refrigerate 2 hours.
