You can draw or print boots, then have the children color them. You can allow the children to color paper, then cut it out into boot shapes. If able, children can cut boot shape out. Older children could possibly draw or trace the boots. The children paint a puddle (adding glitter while paint is wet if you'd like). When both parts of the project are done and dry, glue the boots to the puddle.
