Bake Lobster Tails! Sometimes you do not want to grill. Here is my favorite way to cook tails via the oven: Pre-heat oven at 350 Using a chef knife, cut tails in half, Layout a long piece of aluminum foil, Lay lobster tails, shell down, on the foil, Drizzle melted butter over the tails, Salt (Sea) and pepper to taste, Squeeze lemon juice over tails, Layout another piece of aluminum foil over the tails and seal. Place in over for 20 mins. VIOLA!
