Swapped my eating habits with a few of these - i.e. the meatless day, eating more at home & completely dropping fast foods, etc..I dropped 5lb in 8 days (and I already ate fairly clean and exercised regularly, and am NOT overweight). Simply AMAZING what nutrition ("diet") does for your body. I'll say it 'till the day I die, abs are made in the kitchen!)

This is probably the best fitness pin I've found. It goes into detail about the female body, and explains how we should train and diet in order to become lean and fit.
