I'm a passionate photographer, and like to photograph anything and everything that catches my eye. Born in Poland, was living over 25 years in Germany, and then was sailing for 7 years in the Pacific, finally settled in Quebec, Canada. "It's Over" Captured on Norfolk Island Australia). Norfolk Island is a small island in the Pacific Ocean located between Australia, New Zealand and New Caledonia. The island served as a convict penal settlement until May 1855, except for an 11-year hiatus between 1814 and 1825, when it was abandoned. The wall is a part of an mill, where the prisoners were working in a circle for hours, turning a huge grindstone.

"Relaxing After Sail Trip" Sailing canoe captured in Papua New Guinea, Louisiade Archipelago, Nirvani Is. Residents in the more remote islands of the Louisiade Archipelago rely heavily at the present on this sailing canoes (sailau in the local Misima language) as a basic means of transport. Sailing canoes are used to move between islands, to transport goods and cargo, and to access fishing grounds. The planked canoes vary in length from 4–12 m and carry a single outrigger.
