When serving a crowd, cut a circle in the center (place a small bowl on the cake and trace around it). Then cut the outer ring into slices. You'll have nice square pieces that fit on a plate, instead of long wedges that drop off the edge. You can cut the small round middle into pieces too!

Yellow Cake Mix 2 Eggs 3-4 Overripe Bananas 1/2-1 cup chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Smash bananas in a large bowl (I just mixed them in my KitchenAid), then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Batter will fill 2 small loaf pans (GREAT for gifts!!) or one large loaf pan. Make sure to spray pans well with nonstick cooking spray and a little bit of flour. Rolo Cookies 1 pkg. Rolo's 1 box Devils Food Cake mix 2 eggs 1/3 c. oil Mix cake mix, oil, and eggs. Take a small ball of dough and form a ball around the rolo. (Only use enough dough to cover the rolo so it can spread through the cookie.) Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 7-8 minutes. Yields about 3 dozen.
