We had a sample of a thing like this in the grocery and I reinvented it at home: Salmon is just seasoned and cooked to medium in a cast iron skillet. For the side, cook mini gnocci set aside. Saute asparagus, tomatoes, shallots, and cannelloni beans in olive oil and sea salts for 3 - 5 mions til asp is crisp and nice. Add fresh thyme and parsley and maybe a seasoning blend of your choice. Add hot gnocci. Add more water or just more butter. EAT WITH YOUR MOUTH.
