This is an exercise to help get the infamous thigh gap. For a beginner, I might say 2 sets of 30 reps… this one really burns, so you have to have strong legs/butt muscles for it.
Supposed to burn 400 calories in 20 minutes, I got through the first superset and almost died! Awesome workout that you can do at home! Inspiration station.

After baby (even if baby is now 4 years old). This workout will tap into the deep abdominal muscles that will pull in your waistline like a corset. Do these moves one after another with no rest in between. Then repeat once.
