Can use colored dot stickers. Red for don't get it, yellow for almost there and green for gotcha! They place the color sticker on their worksheet to show how they feel and you can quickly separate those who need help from those who understand it.

Melt old crayons and pour into empty glue stick containers. Imagine the possibilities of colors!

Cut a file folder into strips. The shorter the attention span, the smaller you will cut the strips. I cut this one into 3 parts. Students open 1 flap at a time and always begin at the top and work their way down. Students complete the work that they can see when a flap is open. This is brilliant!

Kindness Tree :) Students write kind things about each other and then place it on our kindness tree. The quote in the clouds is by Dr. Seuss “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose."

This is a bulletin board where students can put up anything they are proud of, whether it’s a picture, drawing or good grades. I like this because the kids choose what they post!

I've made blankets this way but I never thought to stuff them. Would work as a floor pillow for kids' reading nook in the playroom.
