Haven't seen this before: Ikea Stolmen closet hardware surrounding a bed. With a little restraint (i.e., resist the urge to use anything but the highest point above the bed) this could be a great way of maximizing storage in a tight space.
DIY Vintage Wood Stain: Mason jar: 1/4 cup used grounds, fill it up almost to the top with vinegar, approx 3-4 cups of vinegar to 1/4 cup grounds. It is the interaction between the steel wool and vinegar that is really important, grounds just add a brown tinge. Can use tea (strong), white vinegar goes brown, apple cider grey-ish, balsamic greenish. Search "ebonizing wood" steel wool & vinegar
So this is neat -- start with a tall shelf and hang the rods from it to the wall....similar to what we did in Ella's closet (but you wouldn't need an actual closet). You could potentially do it really long and hang one of those second rods from the first.
