Spinach Artichoke Bites. 8-oz cream cheese; ½ c mayo; ½ c grated Parmesan; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 can (14oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped; 1C frozen spinach, well-drained; 2 cans crescent rolls; shredded mozzarella. Combine 1st 6 ingred; mix well. Roll out half the dough, pinch seams together. Cut into 12 pieces. Press into mini tin. Fill each w/ dip, then add mozzarella. Bake 12 min. YUM.
