This Missouri special ed teacher uses questions to prompt students through the PDSA process.  The PLAN question says "we will know we have learned this learning target by____?" The DO section uses images to assist students describe what they will do and what the teacher will do.  The STUDY question says "What helped us learn?" and "What got in the way of our learning?"
