Brioche can be easy to make. The best French Toast, Bread Pudding, Cinnamon Rolls, Croutons and Fresh Bread Crumbs can all be made from a loaf of Brioche. Brioche is that Buttery, rich Eggy Bread served in great bakeries in France and America that brings some people to tears when they eat it.
Absolutely the best, lightest, fluffiest white bread recipe you will ever find (from Julia Child, of course). Has a great crust, too. My tips: double the yeast, knead for every bit of the requested ten minutes, and double the second rise time. The results are glorious.
Pita recipe -Review- I tried these and mine didn't puff up quite as big as the picture. I'm pretty sure it was my fault they didn't puff, but they still taste great with homemade hummus! :) It was incredibly easy to make these and if you have a kitchenaid it requires very little work.
