Glitter grapes to keep in the fridge. Healthy summer treat. Made these tonight with sugar free raspberry and lemon mixed. If you use any red jellos, it WILL stain your fingers while making them and your tongue while eating. However, they are delicious!
Sour Patch Grapes - Super easy healthy treat. Just roll grapes in Jello (regular or sugar free) powder. Website gives lots of combinations that sound really good. Someone commented that it is also good to dip banana in.

Science activity for preschool or school age kids. Showing water moving through plants. This works with celery also, but this photo shows napa cabbage, and it really shows the colors. Pinned by Child Care Aware of Central Missouri.
good for showing water moving through plants: 1. Take Celery or Napa Cabbage (largest you can find) and slice a stalk halfway up the middle. 2. Place two clear containers close together. Add a few drops of food coloring in two different colors to the jars. 3. Add water to the jars to fill to about 1.5 inches deep. 4. Wait about 8 hours and observe the difference!
"I've seen this done with celery, but this is pretty cool...Looks good for showing water moving through plants" - preschool science activity
Science Centerpiece?: A great idea they had -I thought of my sister, the school teacher. I might have to try it myself. Original pinned said, ....."first science project in kindergarden was this one, but with carnations. Brings back so many memories :) " Split a rib of napa cabbage and stick in dyed water. Food experiments help teach kids how their food grows and fuels them! Gardens grow healthy kids!
