Shape into 4 patties & bake on parchment paper @ 400F for 20 mins. Take them out, serve on a lettuce wrap & enjoy 🙌 Pro tip: I used ranch seasoning, but they’re also great with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & paprika. Ingredients * 1 small ripe banana * 1 big tablespoon of Greek yogurt * 1 egg * 2 tablespoons of flour of choice (plain, oat flour, wholemeal, self raising) Method 1. Mash the banana in a bowl. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined. 3. Lightly oil a nonstick skillet and heat over medium heat. 4. Drop 1-2 tablespoons of batter in the pan. 5. As soon as the pancakes are cooked enough that you can get a pancake flipper underneath without breaking the pancakes, flip and cook the other side until brown. 6.
