German Cucumber Salad 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt 1 cucumber 1 medium to large tomato 2 slices onion (slice like you would for onion rings) 2-4 tsp lemon juice 1/2 - 3/4 tsp dill Pinch of salt  1. "OMG Chicken" Just mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parmesan cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top and bake for 20-30 minutes.

Teddy Bear Race Cars  1 packet of mini Mars Bars or Milky Way chocolate bars  1 family packet of M  1 box of Tiny Teddy graham crackers  1 quantity of icing sugar icing paste for glue (mix half cup of icing sugar and a teaspoon of cocoa powder with a few drops of hot water)  Glue each of the 4 wheels (M) with your icing paste on to the sides of the Milky Way / Mars bars. Press into each rear center a tiny teddy biscuit. Glue on an M steering wheel for each one.

EASY, FABULOUS SHRIMP!! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste!!!

Red potatoes cubed with skin left on, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, coat with a package of zesty Italian dressing mix and stir to coat, add minced onion for flavor, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

This recipe should be illegal!! Preheat oven to 375° Chop a head of broccoli (do not rinse, immediately prior to preparing!) Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic Put broccoli, garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and a few shakes of salt and pepper in a ziploc bag. Shake it up!! Spread out on baking sheet, place on top rack, and bake for about 30 minutes. Broccoli will be crunchy and delicious!

Place Oreo Cookies in a bag/blender and smash/blend until it is the consistency of dirt. 2. Mix the softened cream cheese into the smashed oreos. 3. Roll the mixture into balls. 4. Melt chocolate in the microwave. 5. Cover balls in chocolate then leave to set in the fridge. —
