3 cups of peeled, seeded and chopped oranges (or any other fruit) 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries 1 1/2 cups sugar) a pinch of salt 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Cognac 1 Package Freezer Jam Powder Crush fruits and add sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add Freezer Jam Powder slowly and mix for 5 minutes. Let stand for additional 5 minutes. Boil jars and fill with jam. Then boil again. Done! (For more details follow the instructions on your gelling powder package and your jar package.)
