Wushu "Butterfly Twist" It's Chinese translation is "Xuàn Zi Zhuàn Tǐ". It is generally composed of a twist of the body while both legs are lifted from the ground and swung around, while the torso remains as horizontal as possible. This move is also very popular within the tricking community due to its floating and twisting motion, as well as its ability to easily link into other moves. However, it originated in martial arts first.

Running
Wushu Lotus Kick which is also known as Jump Outside Kick. It is also used as a long-range attack, much like it's counterpart the Tornado Kick. It's Chinese translation is "Teng Kong Bai Lian". The kick begins by launching off from the right leg into a 360 degree clockwise rotation that utilizes an outward snapkick in the air. You may land on the right leg or both legs depending on the form you are doing. The kick may be performed from both a running or standing take-off.

Wushu Back Sweep - It's Chinese translation is "Hou Sao" This is a basic wushu leg technique. Starting from a wushu bow stance, you place your left leg forward, have both hands extended in front of your chest. Then go into a low flat stance and move both hands towards the right knee. This builds up a tension in your torso, which will help whip your leg around as fast as you can in a 360° rotation. Then stop the rotation by placing pressure on your sweeping leg and go back into a bow stance.
