Aussie Style Invades Brooklyn at Brunswick Cafe by Barbara Peck: Ty Tan Designs creates the cafe's plantings...Tan got the pots from the New York Botanical Garden and aged them with garden lime. "It only takes a few days for the white look to appear," she says. "Then it keeps going as you water the plants and the water seeps through the clay."
Farmhouse Sink Framed by Tumbled Marble- (Awesome look)- Rustic yet beautifully functional, this white farmhouse sink is set into a countertop and backsplash of tumbled marble. The arched window frame features recessed lighting to illuminate the work area day and night.
Old World style kitchen with stone backsplash, dark wood floors, dark cabinets, dark countertops. It's a lot dark for me, but I can appreciate the fact that some people want to live in a dim castle. Kind of.
This is so elegant. I love the colors. When I think of gourmet kitchen. this is my go to image. It feels like a place you would want to turn out some amazing meals for your family...spending hours a day in here would NOT be a hardship. I would never be comfy in one of those industrial, all steel , cold kinda kitchens..but I could live in this one.
