i posted this cuz i missed a deadlift that i thot i shuda ben able to make but cudnt 3 TIMES!!! i thot i was done, than i found a different program and 4 wks later BOOM made that w8 plus 10 plus i learnd alot from those 3 fails. this statement is very true
