Healthy and delicious alternative to mashed potatoes.| 1 large cauliflower, chopped 3 oz low fat cream cheese 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1½ teaspoon minced garlic - sauté 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped Instructions 1.Bring medium pot of water to boil. Once boiling, cook cauliflower until fork tender. Remove and drain cauliflower. 2.Place cauliflower along with all other ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until creamy.
