My families recipe-make 24 hrs in advance Coquito (Puerto Rican Egg Nog) 2 (15 oz.) cans cream of coconut1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 liter white rum (approx. 2 cups)4 egg yolks1/4 tsp. nutmeg (This makes about 1/2 gallon, so double the recipe to make more)Mix ingredients in electric blender. Bottle and refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator about 20 minutes before serving. Shake well.
