I absolutely love this! I use it to help my children learn how to calm down and regulate themselves. It helps them step into making positive choices on how to handle their feelings. Highly recommend it!

"Cool down" cube! This is where my students go to calm down. My cool down cube is equipped with a visual Velcro checklist on calming down, a weighted blanket/ vest, and a basket of social stories and picture books related to dealing with anger!
