SUPER EASY Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding. 2 Cups Milk of Choice (I used Cashew Milk) 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup, Honey or Sweetener of Choice (I used Maple Syrup) 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract 1. In a bowl, add ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Cover and refrigerate over night (or for at least 8 hours). 2. Divide the Chia Pudding between four bowls and top with fruit. 3. The Chia Pudding will last up to 4 days in the fridge. ENJOY!!
