Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin -- Made this tonight and the flavor is really similar to potato hashbrown casserole. The squash is a little crunchier than potatoes, but all in all it was a success in this house. Easy to prepare which was a definite bonus :) ---review---This was excellent, though I added a little butter and subbed the sour cream with Greek yogurt, and added a little more cheese.. I didn't think it tasted like hash browns at all though.

Since I could remember, I've always remembered saying little prayers in my heart, when I would lose or misplace something, or needed help on a test, or anything I felt the Lord would help me with. Although I didn't know it at the time, I now realize that all those many times I said a prayer, and the Lord would answer, each time help add to the now firm and strong testimony that I have in the power of prayer. Such an amazing, yet so easily forgotten blessing, given to us from the Lord. If we only but utilize this in the least of things, imagine the impact it can have if used countless times through out lives.
