Hot sausage for a little kick, but regular sausage works well, too. 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked.  8 oz cream cheese, softened.  1 1/4 cups Bisquick.  4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded. Preheat oven to 400F.    Mix all ingredients til well combined. (KitchenAid mixer w/ dough hook works well) Roll into 1 inch balls. Bake 20-25 min. Enjoy!

Oreo Stuffed Brownies! I would say follow the oven temp and time in Melissa's recipe (325 and 11-14 min) as opposed to the box oven temp and time (Melissa says you can do either, but I suggest the lower temp and time) otherwise they come out a tad overdone.
