These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar... sweet, salty, still slightly cruchy perfection!

Roasted carrots: 400 degrees for 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Pop them back into the oven for 5 more minutes.
