Another pinner says: Creamy Chicken & Rice Casserole. I have made it 3 times with NO leftovers...I added an extra can of cream of chicken soup.

boom shaka-locka this is so amazingly delicious- ive made it like 4 times in the last couple weeks! A dish that requires the following ingredients: 4 thawed chicken breasts, 6oz. package of Stove Top stuffing mix, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup! Easy to cook and also delicious! Put chicken in, cover with stuffing, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup of water then put the mixture over stuffing and chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours.

Great for travel! I hate putting my toothbrush on a hotel counter (blah!) so typically keep in a plastic bag and that gets wet and messy...

Cleaning fruit - fill sink with water, add 1 C. vinegar, mix. Add all fruit and soak for 10 minutess. Water will be dirty and fruit will sparkle with no wax or dirty film.

Great homemade Salsa: 2 cans of diced tomatoes 1 litle can of diced green chilis 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped 1 clove of garlic minced or garlic powder 3-4 whole green onion (stem included) chopped up Couple shakes of red pepper flakes 1 tsp of salt Blend it all together minus the tomatoes, then add the tomatoes and blend a little to mince the tomatoes. Delicious!
