    I didn't personally make this. And I see the link on their site is no longer active. If I had to guess I would say their supplies were a terra cotta pot, doll-rod, Styrofoam ball, flower picks to attached the rolled socks to and silk flowers. They probably stuck the doll-rod into a piece of Styrofoam that has been tightly placed in the pot. I say tightly, because you won't want your Styrofoam to be loose in the pot at all, b/c the topiary will wobble.
