Kale With Love: DIY Homemade Sun-Dried Tomatoes. One of the easiest recipes, and they make the perfect healthy/low cal snack. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Sprinkle a cookie sheet with olive oil. Cut tomatoes in 1cm thick slices and spread evenly on tray. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake in oven for 4 hours. Remove from tray immediately and place on a cooling rack. They keep fresh in a sealed container for 1 week.
