I don’t drink coffee, but for a homemade gingerbread latte, I can make an exception. DIY is always the best. Today I tried this wonderful, Starbucks style Gingerbread Latte Recipe, made healthy: I used nut milk (vegan delight!), pure maple syrup and spices like cinnamon, ginger and vanilla. I made the syrup ahead and stored it in the refrigerator. This morning I only had to make coffee and heat a cup of hazelnut milk.
