Shrimp In Thai Coconut Sauce | (I have made this twice now, its really good and easy! I used pre-cooked, pre-peeled shrimp, soy sauce instead of fish sauce, and light coconut milk. Still turned out great!)
****Coconut Chicken Thai Curry, easy, healthy and FULL of flavor! ---very very very good. Ryan loved it. I added asparagus and bell pepper. Put over a baked sweet potato. I about died with how delicious it was. Tastes good over cauliflower rice as well.
