We served this wonderful Anne of Green Gables Raspberry Cordial at a dinner party on Saturday. It was intended as an elegant alternative to the wine and I noticed throughout the evening that my carefully selected Oregon wines were ignored by wine lovers in favor of this delightful raspberry drink. Well I can't really blame them - it is very good. You can make it with frozen raspberries if needed.

Cold and Flu Busting Smoothie~~ 1 C. Orange Juice 1.5 C. Coconut Milk (or one can) 6 tangerines or Clementines- seeded 2 teaspoons of Ginger (raw or dried) Juice of 2 Lemons OPTIONAL: Honey or other healthy sweetener to taste 4 Tbsp of melted Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds 20 drops of Echinacea
