Apple cinnamon Crockpot Oatmeal... What you need: 3 apples, sliced and peeled 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1/2 cup of brown sugar 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 5 cups water 1/2 teaspoon of salt Layer the bottom of the crockpot with the sliced apples. Add the cinnamon and brown sugar. Add the oatmeal water and salt. Cook on low, overnight. DO NOT STIR!!!
