Helpful life things…

I'm not particularly interested in labelling myself, particularly with illness or mental health labels that if focused on could define or inhibit me in a negative fashion… however in an attempt to NOT take medication because of the negative side effects that don't work for me… I am needing to look at my lifestyle a lot closer and prioritise things that help keep me 'sane', safe and sound :).
