Oneonta Gorge, Oregon. Just a few miles east of Multnomah Falls on the historic highway. The hike is great for all ages that can walk and it's about a half mile, but straight up a river and has a cool log jam. The canyon only gets about an hour of daylight to the floor, so if you want any warmth, start the hike at 11:45-12:15ish. There's a giant waterfall at the end, with a pool you can swim in.
