Pita Chips - Vegan. Here's a quick, simple recipe for pita chips. These guys are baked with no added oil and you can season them however you like, even cinnamon sugar if you're feeling crazy! I provide a recipe for a good spice mixture that isn't too hot and works well on pita's or tortillas.
I love caramelized onions, but I don't love standing at the stove for an eternity stirring them! Now I don't have to, and neither do you. You can use all onions here, or you can add in some sweet peppers to mix it up a bit.
Only two ingredients top this pizza, but that's why I love it. It's uncomplicated and to the point! If you need a little more out of your pizza, this would be good with some plant-based grilled chix chunks and pineapple on it as well.
