Treadmill Shredmill Workout- I've already repinned this once but I just want everyone to know I burned more calories doing this than running 6 mph for 45 mins and its really easy and makes time go by super fast because your constantly switching it up. Love, Jynsen.
Drop a Jean Size Workout.I did this workout 3 days a week last year and not only did I drop a jean size, but I kept it off. I highly recommend this workout and just about any workout that comes from Fitness Magazine. Their workouts are reliable and will give you results.
Made this - its delish. Did it it a wok. Stir fried asparagus and green onions - set those aside stir fried shrimp, then added everything back with sauce and added more green onions (scaliions) topped with almond slivers. Easy Hoisin Shrimp
