Warm Apple Pie Smoothie: Blend till smooth 1 apple, cored & cut in chunks (peeled if you don’t have a high-powered blender), ½ cup water (or yogurt for creamier smoothie), ¼ tsp vanilla, 1 TBSP maple syrup or honey, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, pinch nutmeg, pinch allspice, &1 scoop protein powder (optional).
